Ingredients

6 Tablespoons Canned Tuna
5 Tablespoons Sour Cream
7 Slices Cucumber
5 Cubes Cheddar Cheese
1 Teaspoon Chia Seeds to Sprinkle

Directions

Place dollops of canned tuna on the lick mat and press in with a spoon to mash.
Place sliced cucumbers on the lick mat and spread around evenly.
Place dollops of sour cream in empty spots on the lick mat for variety.
Add cheddar cheese on top of the sour cream dollops.
Sprinkle chia seeds over the lick mat.
Chill in fridge and serve cold or mash with a fork for easy chewing and serve!
