400g (2 Cups) Water
200g (2) Carrots (Include Tops)
113g (1 Cup) Green Peas (Fresh or Frozen)
225g (2 Cups) (¾ Cup Uncooked) Brown Rice

Directions
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil and add in ¾ cup of rinsed brown rice, cook uncovered with a steady boil for 30 minutes (add in carrots and peas at 20-minute mark).
Preheat your oven to 180 F. Put the salmon in tin foil and place it on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Always check for any bones in the salmon. Alternatively, you can use salt-free canned salmon.
Finely dice carrots and peas in a food processor or by hand.
Add carrots and peas into the cooking brown rice when there are 10 minutes left (if using already cooked brown rice then lightly steam veggies).
Add cooked or canned salmon to the rice mixture.
Stir in the Dog Child Essential Nutrient Mix.
