½ Cup Kefir
4-6 Tbsp Peanut Butter
3-4 Tbsp Chopped Mango
⅓ Chopped Banana
4 Pumps Omega Oil
1 Tsp Chia Seeds to Sprinkle

Directions

Pour kefir and peanut butter into lick mat sections, alternating.
Place chopped mango over the kefir and chopped bananas over the peanut butter.
Pour Omega Oil into the centre of the lick mat.
Sprinkle chia seeds over the lick mat.
Chill in the freezer and serve frozen!
