1 can Low Sodium Salmon (213g or 7.5 oz)
1 cup of Frozen Mango
1 cup of Chopped Cucumber
1/2 cup of Water
Directions
Drain the salmon
- In a blender, combine the salmon, chopped mango, chopped cucumber, and water. Blend until smooth.
Pour the blended mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds.
Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.
