- 2 Cups Almond Flour
- 1 TSP Baking Soda
- Pinch of Salt
- 3 Eggs
- 2 Ripe Bananas
- 2 Cups Cream Cheese
- ½ Cup Kefir
- ½ Cup Blueberries and Strawberries for topping

Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 6” cake pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mash the bananas and mix with eggs.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely before frosting.
- For the frosting, mix the cream cheese and kefir until smooth.
- Spread the frosting over the cake and top with fresh berries.
- Slice and serve!
