After trying our one pot Fish Stew recipe, your dog will never want to go back to dehydrated dog food! Fish contains a ton of omega-3 fatty acids. They are great for brain and heart health and so much more! Cod is a great source of lean protein, providing essential amino acids while keeping fat content low. Just make sure the fish you use has been deboned.

Ingredients
1.725 Ibs or 618g of Cod Deboned
3 Cups or 360g or 12.8 Oz of Chopped Potato
1 ½ Cups or 188g or 6.6 Oz of Green Beans
1 ½ Cups or 240g or 8.5 Oz of Green Peas
2 Cups or 480g or 16.9Oz of Water

⅓ Cup or 43g or 2.2 Oz of Dog Child Essential Nutrient Mix
-
½ Cup or 64g or 2.24 Oz of Omega Oil
Directions
In a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, heat 4 tbsp of Omega Oil.
Add the fish filets to the pan. Grill the fish on each side for several minutes, checking the middle for doneness (fish should be completely white and flake apart easily, you can also cook the fish in the oven).
Remove fish filets and set aside.
In a food processor add the chopped potatoes, green beans and green peas, Pulse until finely chopped.
Add the processed vegetables to your pan and add in your water. Cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
Once the veggies have cooked, add your grilled fish, Essential Nutrient Mix, and Omega Oil, to the pot.
Pull apart the fish and mix everything together until well combined.
Let cool and serve!
