Dog treat
Get ready to treat your dogs to some refreshing and flavorful smoothies that are not only delicious but also packed with nutrients! These "Flavour Bombs" are designed to make your dog wag their tail in delight. The best part? They contain unique ingredient combinations, including organ meats, which can be a great way to introduce these nutrient-rich foods into your dog's diet. Don't worry if you're not ready for the "freaky" factor; each smoothie stands beautifully on its own!
Here are three variations I made this weekend.

Ingredients
Handful of fresh blueberries
2 tablespoons plain goat's milk yogurt
1/3 cup goat's milk
1 small apple, cored and chopped
1/8 teaspoon blue spirulina (optional)
1/2 teaspoon kangaroo pluck (optional but highly nutritious)
Handful of fresh strawberries and raspberries
1/2 of a ripe dragonfruit
1/3 cup goat's milk kefir
1 small pear, cored and chopped
1 teaspoon crocodile jerky (optional)
Handful of fresh spinach
1/2 Lebanese cucumber, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
A couple of fresh mint leaves
1/3 cup water
Few pieces of dehydrated green tripe (optional)
Blueberry Bliss Bomb
Popping Pink Paradise
Gobsmacking Green Goodness
Directions
Choose one of the smoothie recipes and prepare all the ingredients.
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more water, goat’s milk, or kefir to reach the desired texture.
Pour into a bowl, serve over your dog’s meal, or freeze into ice cube molds for a fun, cooling treat later.

Tips for Smoothie Success
- Zap together in a blender
- Taste as You Go: Feel free to adjust the flavors based on your dog’s preferences. Taste your creations (without the organ meat!!) and adjust if needed.
- Choose your own freak: use any organ meats just use a small amount at a time when introducing your dog to it. Just use single ingredient dehydrated or freeze dried organ treats
- Fine-tune the Consistency: If the smoothie is too thick or intense, simply add a bit more water until you reach the desired consistency.
- Freeze into ice cube moulds like I did, pour over the top of their feed or just serve plain on its own.
