- 1.5 cups Rolled or Quick Oats
- ⅓ cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- 1 TBSP Peanut Butter
- Extra ⅓ cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (for rolling)

In a food processor or blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
