1 Turkey Neck
12 Cups of Water

Directions

Add water and turkey neck to a pot
Bring to a boil
Reduce heat and let simmer for 90 minutes
Scrape off cooked tender meat
Remove bones, strain, add back in extra meat
Portion & Serve!
