24 Chicken Feet
1 Small Carrot
1 Piece of Celery
1 Small piece of ginger
8 Cups of Water
Directions
Add in all Ingredients. Into a large pot add chicken feet (nails on), celery, carrots and ginger in the pot plus water.
Boil Water. In a large pot on high heat. Bring water to a boil
Cook Broth. Reduce to a simmer & cover simmer for 6-8 hours
Strain Broth. Strain the feet and veggies out making sure there are no bones or nails in the final broth.
Portion Broth. Portion into small ice cub trays or any tupperware.
Cool Broth. Cool broth and place broth in the fridge until it forms into a jelly.
Enjoy! Broth can be served as a a meal topper in addition to homemade recipes or our favourite way as a frozen treat
