Ingredients
1 Salmon with Skin
Directions
Place salmon on baking sheet and cook for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Take salmon out of the oven and flip over.
Carefully slice skin of the salmon off and place it back on the baking sheet.
Place the salmon skin back in the oven for 10 minutes until crispy.
Remove skin from oven and let sit for 5 minutes.
Once cooled, break skin into small pieces and serve.
