1/2 Cup Dog Child Essential Nutrient Mix 56g or 2 oz
1/2 tablespoon Hemp Seeds 14g or 1 or 0.5 oz

Whole Food Version (Not Using Essential Nutrient Mix)

Beef Liver 70g or 2.5 oz
Egg Shell Powder 8g or 0.3 oz
Wheat Germ Oil 7g or 0.2 oz
Kelp Powder 1g or 0.04 oz
Salt 3g or 0.1 oz
Nutritional Yeast 7g or 0.2 oz
Grounded Pumpkin Seeds 21g or 0.7 oz
Ground Ginger 7g or 0.2 oz

Directions

In a large pan, add the ground beef, egg and water
Add the spinach, broccoli, carrots, and sweet red peppers
Let the mixture gently cook low heat for 20 minutes
Once the stew is cooked through, add the sardines, hemp seeds, and Dog Child Essential Nutrient Mix
Allow to cool before serving & enjoy!

Whole Food Version (Not Using Essential Nutrient Mix)

Prepare the recipe as above, but substitute Dog Child Nutrient Mix, hempseed with the listed ingredients below
Add the raw beef liver into the water with the beef
Simmer for 20-30 minutes, then add in the whole food nutrients.

Recipe Note

Refrigerate for 2-3 days or freeze for 60 days.
