2 lbs Ground Turkey (907g )
1 Cup Carrots, chopped (100g or 3.5 oz)
½ Cup Brussels Sprouts, chopped (55g or 2 oz)
½ Cup Pears, chopped (50g or 2 oz)
2 TBSP Cranberries (20g or 1 oz)
¼ Cup Water (50g or 2 oz)
3 TBSP Essential Nutrient Mix (40g or 1.5 oz)

Directions
Cook the Turkey with the Fruit & Veggies: In a large skillet or pot, cook the ground turkey with the fruit and veggies in the water at a low temperature until the turkey is thoroughly cooked and veggies are soft.
